I’m looking forward to coming back again to Hurricane Shoals, near Maysville, Georgia! It’s a fun event and there is a lot to see and do.  I like the little town of original buildings and the battle takes place in town! There is a little covered bridge and a river nearby which is perfect for wading.  On the other side of the bridge there are modern vendors selling art and various items.  The period correct sutlers are in town, which is where you’ll find me – near the white church.

I recommend you book a session in advance:  https://charlestontintypist.setmore.com

When:  I will be there Saturday and Sunday, Sept 21-22, 2019.

Hours: Open to the public 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  I stop making pictures earlier on Sunday so I can pack up and head home (sorry, no appointments after the battle).
